Education/school projects
Puppets and masks are amazingly expressive tools, offering endless creative opportunities. Ruffled Feathers offer a wide range of high quality, fulfilling workshops including; Junk marionettes, Rod puppets, Shadow puppets and Giants. We cater for ages 3 upwards.
Our project partners have includes after school clubs, schools, nursery's, festivals, community events and birthday parties.
All our workshops use recycled materials. We consciously promote sustainable environmentally aware practice.
Our workshop leaders have professional experience of working with young people.

Our workshops take many forms but simply put, are expansions on our festival and event projects. If time allows, they often go deeper in their examination of the choosen subject including drawing, clay modelling and background research. We can if requested supply a teachers pack to accompany specific projects.
Ruffled Feathers projects link in with the curriculum experiences and outcomes.
We can offer workshops in the Scotland, North England and are open to projects further a field.
